A good place to play golf, with 2 challenging but quite different courses.
The “old” course is a well-established parkland style golf course, and the “new” is shorter, but has more elevation changes and water features.
The mark of a good golf course is that it doesn’t look so difficult, but it is not always easy to score well - and so it is here.
The course plays longer than the card suggests, especially if you miss the fairway. Plenty of tree-lined fairways and well bunkered greens demand accuracy. The greens are a pleasure to put on, but do call for careful reading.
Excellent day's golf here.
