A great survivor of the 2008 depression!
Designed (by Antonio Garrido) to be part of a 7-star resort, and built to the highest PGA standards, this is a spectacular course, despite a large amount of unfinished building works surrounding parts of the course.
Magnificent sea and mountain views, constant elevation changes and a great variety of holes make this a really enjoyable test of golf.
A steady climb up the 1st 7 holes to large, perfectly manicured greens is rewarded with a magnificent long, downhill par 5 requiring a precise iron to a long and narrow green. Holes 9 & 10 need your best tee shot to narrow fairways before the course eases off with wider fairways on the homeward stretch. Great finishing par 3 over water that always plays longer than it looks.
A really good course, and great value for money.
