Marbella Club Resort Golf Course Review
A private and exclusive club set in the hills of Monte Mayor. Not always available to visitors, but well worth a visit of you get the chance. Not exceptionally long, but a beautifully presented golf course.
Not to be confused with the Marbella Golf & Country Club, this course is located off the road to Benahavis from Km 169 on the main coast road.
Played here on a “Golf the Costa” outing. The buggies were provided with water and a picnic lunch! The course is a lot tougher than you would expect of a private members club, with some real championship holes. Great scenery of hills and the sea with the occasional grand villa looking down on you. A pleasure to play here.
Designed by Dave Thomas, tee-off times are 12 minutes apart, so you will never feel crowded out.
