Monte Mayor Golf Course Review
WOW!! What a golf course! This course may not be to everyone´s taste but it is truly spectacular. Set in the hills and valleys of Monte Mayor, Benahavis this is a real roller coaster of a golf course.
Winding through tree-lined valleys and gorges, it is not always easy to keep your ball in play! No out of bounds here, but lateral hazards on nearly every hole.
The purists may not care for this course as even a good shot may end up in trouble. Having said that it can only be described as Spectacular. Amazing views, huge elevation changes, and plenty of risk and reward opportunities make this a really enjoyable test of golf.
Be sure to take plenty of balls. We played in a shotgun competition with 76 players, and 470 (yes, really) balls were lost!
