Quotations and Pricing
All of our prices are calculated in EUROS and converted to other currencies at the time of quotation. If payments are made to our UK bank account we will accept Sterling, if to our Spanish Account we require payment in Euros.
Method of Payment
Payment may only be made by cash or bank transfer, in Pounds Sterling or Euros
Terms of Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival if paying by bank transfer, or on arrival if paying by cash.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of a booking, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless we are able to secure an equivalent value booking.
Golf - Bad Weather Refund
Golf course green fees will be refunded in the event of course closures.
Damages and Breakages
Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages within the villa for which they are responsible.
Provision of Service
Guests will be provided with a quotation detailing the exact level of services to be provided
